Senior Small Business Consultant Daniela Mazzaferro brings over 15 years of experience supporting startups, established businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. Prior to joining YSBEC, she spent nine years as the Small Business Consultant for the Town of Richmond Hill, helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals through tailored business support services.
Vivian Ho-Tam

Vivian Ho‑Tam is a public service leader with 20+ years in Southern Ontario municipalities and 15 years as a multi‑business entrepreneur. She specializes in operations, organizational effectiveness, and community engagement. Vivian also serves as Treasurer for the Box 12 Association, supporting Toronto Fire Services. She is passionate about helping businesses and communities thrive.

Eva Lee has over 20 years of experience in business management and marketing across healthcare, banking, and real estate. She co-founded a firm supporting healthcare startups and now leads YSBEC’s Summer Company program for young entrepreneurs.

Annie brings to the team many years of experience in administrative support and customer service, with the last 3 years being at York Region.
