Shovels hit the ground Wednesday morning for the next phase of the Addison Hall Business Park, a project town officials say will bring new jobs and industrial growth to Aurora. The project, led by Samuel Sarick Limited, will add approximately 90,000 square feet of modern industrial space within the Addison Hall Business Park near Highway 404. According to the developer, the new facility will feature “signature architecture” designed by Ware Malcomb Architects and include 36-foot clear heights, eight dock-level doors, two drive-in doors and extensive on-site parking.
