YSpace, York University’s entrepreneurship hub, has launched three programs this month: Founder Fundamentals, Venture Catalyst and Tech Accelerator.
Founder Fundamentals is an 11-week workshop series in partnership with City of Markham and Markham Small Business Centre to provide business owners with the tools and guidance needed to develop their entrepreneurial careers. The program launched on January 24 and ends on April 11, 2023, with each workshop running from 6:00 to 8:00pm to accommodate busy schedules.

Venture Catalyst is YSpace’s 6-week training and mentorship program designed to validate start-up ideas and bring them to life. There are two streams to choose from: the Yspace, York University General Intake and the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance Black Led Businesses stream. The deadline to apply is February 5, 2023.

Tech Accelerator is a 4-month, free-of-charge virtual accelerator program designed to help market-ready technology startups execute their go-to-market strategies, acquire customers, and prepare for capital fundraising. The deadline to apply is February 26, 2023.
